My academic grounding keeps the work rigorous. My industry years keep it practical.
Qualifications & Background
Rigorous academic training and more than ten years of applied practice form the foundation of my work. This combination enables systemic analysis at the organizational level and precise insight at the individual level.
My work draws on more than ten years of experience in HR and people related roles. or the past five years, I have advised German and international organizations and leaders on organizational and psychosocial issues. My work spans a wide range of sectors, from international technology companies to NGOs, and includes employee listening programs, psychosocial risk assessments, ISO 45003 projects, leadership advisory, and organization wide initiatives focused on psychological safety, engagement, and healthy collaboration.
I hold an M.Sc. in Organizational Psychology from Birkbeck, University of London, as well as a B.Sc. in International Business & Management. I have further expanded this foundation through professional training in positive psychology, motivation, emotional intelligence, and talent management, including at the renowned Cornell University. Since 2019, I have also been teaching HR Management and Research Methods at HfWU.
How I Work
Analyze
Structured diagnostics using data, interviews, and validated assessments not assumptions or generic workplace surveys.
Prioritize
Findings translated into a clear risk map with prioritized next steps. You see what matters, what can wait, and what it costs to ignore.
Implement
Leadership-led change that strengthens structures, develops capable managers, and delivers measurable organizational results.
Where to start!
Depending on where the pressure sits, engagements take one of three forms: a focused Psychosocial Risk Check, a structured ISO 45003 risk assessment, or Executive Resilience Advisory.

A word about confidentiality.
Trust is the foundation of my work.
The issues organizations and leaders bring to me often involve sensitive areas of the business and highly personal situations.
I therefore treat conversations, data, and analyses with the highest level of confidentiality. Information is shared only where necessary for the agreed scope of work and where this has been explicitly agreed.
